Role overview

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years in engineering consultancy, including at least 2 years in project coordination or assistant project management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong reporting graphic design skills, especially InDesign.
• Knowledge of design and project delivery from concept through construction supervision.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulatory authorities and approval processes.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 skills are preferred.

Project delivery and coordination

• Support day-to-day project administration and management, record decisions and actions, and flag matters needing attention.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, and specialist disciplines.
• Monitor design development, deliverables, project requirements, schedules, delays, and submissions.
• Review design submissions for completeness, coordination, and compliance with the project brief.
• Support design reviews and follow up on interfaces, coordination issues, and potential conflicts.

Client, reporting, and commercial support

• Attend project meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, action trackers, and follow-ups on client comments, decisions, and approvals.
• Maintain project correspondence and records and support timely information flow among clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor manhours and resource utilization, coordinate resource needs, and flag scope changes or additional services.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and trackers; provide information for invoicing and commercial management.

Pay

• AED 5,000–10,000 per month.
