The Role
We’re looking for a
Senior Marketing Specialist
who is both creative and data-driven.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on—planning campaigns, creating content, and improving digital performance.
You’ll play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Manage and update the company website (content, layout, performance)
- Handle social media platforms—content creation, posting, and engagement
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google, social media)
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with sales to support lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance and improve results using data
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or social media
- Strong understanding of content creation and audience engagement
- Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset—someone who takes initiative
- 💡 Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
