Our client is a well-established entity operating within the non-profit sector.
They are looking for a Senior Officer – Marketing to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute approved marketing and communication plans in line with the organization's strategic objectives and brand guidelines
- Plan, coordinate, and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and outdoor channels
- Support the development and promotion of the organization's initiatives, programs, and community-focused activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Ensure consistency and compliance across all marketing and communication materials
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational messaging
- Oversee production, distribution, and documentation of marketing and promotional materials
- Prepare campaign reports, summaries, and performance analyses for management review
- Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and engagement opportunities
- Support public awareness initiatives and community outreach activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- **5+ years of proven experience in marketing**
- , campaign management, or communications — preferably within government, semi-government, or non-profit organizations
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, advertising, and public engagement strategies
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both
- Arabic and English
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
