We are looking for an experienced real estate marketing professionals who have experience in Sales & Leasing as well to lead end-to-end project marketing strategies for premium real estate developments and income-generating assets in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project marketing strategy and execution for real estate developments
- Manage project launches, branding, PR, digital campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop asset branding, positioning, and marketing collateral
- Support sales and leasing teams with marketing tools and presentations
- Drive digital marketing, campaign performance, and customer engagement
- Manage budgets, receivables, and overall marketing ROI
Requirements
✔ 5+ years of experience in real estate/project marketing within the GCC
✔ Strong exposure to branding and launching large-scale real estate projects
✔ Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market and buyer behaviour
✔ Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and stakeholder management
✔ Experience working with developers, agencies, and cross-functional teams
✔ Real Estate sales/leasing experience preferred.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: Up to AED 15k - 20k/month (depending on experience)
