Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect with a strong background in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural execution on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, local authority regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and structural engineers.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical architectural guidance.
- Prepare snagging and de-snagging reports and monitor rectification works.
- Track project progress against schedules and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority regulations.
- Maintain records of inspections, RFIs, approvals, and as-built documentation.
Requirement
- sBachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- .10–15 years of architectural experience with at least 7 years in Dubai/UAE
- .Proven experience on developer-side projects
- .Strong knowledge of UAE construction methodologies and materials
- .Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and Microsoft Office
- .Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- .Preferred Candidate Profil
- eExperience with real estate developers in Dubai, luxury residential developments, consultant and contracto
