We’re Hiring: Senior Marketing Manager (Brand Growth & Social Media)
We are looking for a
high-performing Marketing Manager
to lead and scale our brand across digital platforms.
Social Media & Content Leadership
- Lead a Reels-first content strategy (Instagram & TikTok)
- Create and execute high-performing, trend-driven campaigns
- Turn insights and trends into viral, brand-aligned content
- Manage content calendar, posting, and platform growth
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategy
- Identify target audiences and optimize acquisition
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels
- Align marketing activities with revenue and business goals
Performance & Optimization
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI)
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively
Brand & Partnerships
- Ensure consistent brand identity and communication
- Manage influencers, content creators, and collaborations
- Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, operations)
Who Should Apply
- Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing / social media
- Proven experience growing a brand, page, or product
- Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok, and content trends
- Creative mindset with strong execution skills
- Fluent in English
Experience
in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Compensation
- AED 30,000 / month
- High ownership and decision-making role
