We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

enior Manager – Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and brand strategies that enhance organizational reputation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support long-term growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing and brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness, positioning, and reputation through innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans across digital, media, events, and stakeholder engagement platforms.
  • Oversee content development, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Establish and monitor marketing performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen market presence, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, media representatives, and stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and value.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree or professional marketing qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading successful marketing and brand development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and brand management.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
