Business Development Manager (B2b)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in acquiring new B2B clients, building strong sales pipelines, and closing deals.
Experience selling marketing, creative, media production, branding, PR, or event services is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
- Generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals (RFPs).
- Build strategic partnerships with government and private sector clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning client solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients and closing deals.
- Strong experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
- Experience preparing proposals and client presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients is preferred.
- Experience with RFPs, Etimad, or SAP Ariba is a plus.
- Experience in a Marketing, Creative, Media Production, PR, Branding, or Events company is highly preferred.
