Senior Marketing Communications Manager

About the Role

1. Communications & PR

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead public relations efforts, managing media relationships and securing high-impact coverage.
• Craft compelling narratives that enhance brand perception and thought leadership.
• Serve as the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency in messaging across all communications

2. Content Marketing & Creativity

• Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Drive creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate YOUGotaGift in the market.

3. Brand Positioning & Messaging

• Define and refine brand positioning, voice, and messaging to reinforce YOUGotaGift’s leadership in digital gifting.
• Conduct market research to understand customer insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure branding aligns with product development, sales, and corporate strategy.

4. Campaigns & Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and content distribution.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts.

5. Event Management & Sponsorships

• Lead the planning and execution of key industry events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
• Represent YOUGotaGift at industry forums, conferences, and PR events to position the brand as a leader in digital gifting.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, content marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in brand storytelling, campaign management, and media relations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PR platforms, content marketing and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• KSA market experience.
