Senior Manager in RBC Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage, advising corporate clients on cash management solutions.
Owns onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions for a portfolio of complex corporate clients.
Manages and grows revenue by offering cash management solutions aligned with client business and financial goals.
What you will do
- Build client relationships and grow revenue across a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Support client needs, loyalty, and opportunities for additional RBC products.
- Coordinate end-to-end cash management onboarding as the client point of contact, partnering with relationship teams and following up with clients.
- Partner with Relationship Managers on client contact strategies and annual relationship reviews.
- Provide tailored advice on emerging issues affecting client businesses.
- Drive client acquisition, portfolio growth, and client experience.
- Present financial and business insights, explain solution benefits and alternatives, support implementation, and refer clients to RBC partners as appropriate.
Required qualifications
- At least five years of related commercial or corporate banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.
- Proven client advice/service, sales, and relationship management experience; able to match needs to products and structure solutions.
- Project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with software applications including MS Office.
Assets
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or similar qualification is an asset.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills are an asset.
Travel
- Requires ability and willingness to travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
Employment details
- Full-time, regular, salaried role.
- 37.5 work hours per week.
