Operations Analyst, Production Support
Role Overview
The Operations Analyst joins the Production Services Team and monitors and processes batch and online applications across multiple platforms.
The role supports production environments across several Canadian and US business units on a 7x24x365 basis using the ZEKE scheduler.

The Operations Analyst joins the Production Services Team and monitors and processes batch and online applications across multiple platforms.
The role supports production environments across several Canadian and US business units on a 7x24x365 basis using the ZEKE scheduler.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production batch flows across z/OS, VSE, HP, UNIX, Windows, and iSeries using ZEKE and MVS/ISPF.
- Identify problems through monitoring, calls, emails, and tickets; provide production support and engage support personnel to resolve issues.
- Review errors, recommend permanent solutions, and assess potential bank impacts.
- Implement application changes and verify their accuracy and success.
- Ensure services meet client expectations and service-level agreements.
- Use ZEKE, ZEBB, MVS, ISPF, IMS, DB2, VSM, OMS, OnDemand, CICS, ServiceNow, and Connect:Direct daily.
Must-have requirements
- Undergraduate degree with an IT background and change-management experience in complex, high-request programs.
- Strong written and oral communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to determine stakeholder and project communication needs.
- Ability to work in a 7x24x365 hybrid environment and manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Programming or coding experience with technologies such as Angular, React/Vue.js, VBA, C#, Node.js, Active Directory, Elastic Search, or Windows Servers.
- Experience with JCL environments and mainframe computing.
- Postsecondary degree majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology.
- Experience working rotating shifts in a hybrid environment.

- The role describes a 7x24x365 hybrid work environment.
Role details
Full-time, regular, salaried role; 37.5 work hours per week.
