Provide advice that helps corporate clients use RBC cash management solutions.
Manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of complex corporate clients by offering cash management solutions aligned with their goals.
Support client onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build client relationships, grow revenue, support loyalty, and identify opportunities for additional RBC products.
- Coordinate end-to-end cash management onboarding with relationship teams and follow up with clients.
- Partner with Relationship Managers on contact strategies and annual reviews to identify future client needs.
- Advise clients on emerging business issues and present tailored financial and business insights.
- Explain solution benefits and alternatives, support implementation, and refer broader advice needs to RBC partners.
- Execute client sales plans to drive acquisition, growth, and an exceptional client experience.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of related commercial or corporate banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.
- Proven client advice or service, sales, and relationship management experience.
- Ability to match client needs with products and structure solutions.
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with software applications including MS Office.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
Preferred qualifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or similar qualification is an asset.
- Bilingual English and French communication skills are an asset.
