Grow revenue and relationships with complex corporate clients through cash management solutions.
Support client onboarding, activation, and continuing adoption of digital solutions.
Travel throughout the Ontario North and East region, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
Client and revenue responsibilities
- Build relationships and manage revenue growth across a corporate client portfolio.
- Lead cash management client onboarding and follow up to support activation and adoption.
- Execute client sales plans and offer solutions that address business and financial goals.
- Partner with relationship managers on coordinated client contact strategies and annual relationship reviews.
- Provide tailored advice on business issues and present financial and business insights.
- Identify opportunities for additional RBC products and refer clients to partners for broader needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of commercial or corporate banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and industry trends.
- Proven client advice or service, sales, and relationship management experience; able to match needs to products and structure solutions.
- Project management, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with software applications, including MS Office.
- CTP designation or similar qualification is preferred.
- English/French bilingual communication skills are a nice-to-have.
Travel
- The position requires ability and willingness to travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
