Oversee full-cycle recruitment across Group divisions, including real estate sales, contracting, construction, shipbuilding, business centres, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across business divisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Partner with senior leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Drive employer-branding initiatives and strengthen candidate experience.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to measure outcomes and optimize hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international hiring regulations and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and innovative recruitment practices.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring, executive search, and employer branding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and hiring best practices.
- Ability to communicate the employer value proposition in a competitive candidate market and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; high emotional intelligence.
