Job Title: Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition - Emiratisation Role
Role Purpose
Lead and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across the group, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-caliber talent in line with business objectives. The role focuses on building scalable recruitment frameworks, strengthening employer branding, and delivering Emiratisation targets while enhancing hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement a group-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Drive workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs.
- Establish hiring frameworks, governance models, and approval workflows.
2. Recruitment Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior and critical roles across entities.
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality of hire and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Introduce structured assessment tools and interview frameworks.
3. Emiratisation & National Talent Development
- Lead Emiratisation hiring strategy and execution in line with UAE government mandates.
- Build pipelines of UAE Nationals through partnerships, universities, and national programs.
- Monitor and report Emiratisation progress and compliance.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leadership to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all business units.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen employer brand positioning in the UAE market.
- Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate journey.
- Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, campaigns) to attract top talent.
6. Systems & Process Optimization
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ATS
- Drive automation, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
- Set clear objectives, performance standards, and development plans.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience within large groups, holding companies, or diversified industries preferred
- Proven track record in Emiratisation hiring and strategy
