Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Marketing Manager

  • to join a luxury
  • beach club
  • in Dubai.
  • This role is suited to a creative marketer with a strong commercial mindset who can elevate the venue's presence, create engaging guest experiences, and deliver marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and brand recognition.
  • What you'll be doing:
  • Lead the development and execution of the venue's overall marketing strategy, ensuring all activity aligns with business objectives
  • Own the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, entertainment promotions, brand collaborations, and special events
  • Drive the venue's digital presence across social media, CRM, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that generate guest engagement and increase brand awareness
  • Coordinate the production of marketing assets, including photography, videography, and promotional content
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, media, agencies, and strategic partners to maximize exposure
  • Work closely with the venue's operational teams to ensure marketing initiatives complement the guest journey and support commercial performance
  • Review campaign results, customer insights, and market trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
  • Manage marketing spend, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and within budget
  • Maintain brand consistency across all guest-facing communications and marketing materials
  • What we're looking for:
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a marketing position within beach clubs, restaurants, hospitality, nightlife, luxury lifestyle, or similar consumer-facing brands
  • Demonstrated success delivering marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, CRM, influencer marketing, and content planning
  • Experience coordinating entertainment or event-driven marketing campaigns is highly advantageous
  • Confident managing multiple projects while working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
