A leading provider of integrated Fire Protection and Life Safety Solutions in the UAE, is seeking an experienced

Sales Manager – Mechanical

to lead our Mechanical Fire Protection Sales Division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader with a proven track record in developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth within the Fire & Safety industry.

• Foam Fire Protection Systems

  • Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems (FM200, Novec 1230, Inergen)

  • Our solutions serve commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, infrastructure and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a high-performing sales team by:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identifying and securing new projects across the UAE.
  • Building strong relationships with consultants, developers, MEP contractors, EPC contractors, government authorities and end users.
  • Expanding business opportunities within commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Managing key accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports and business plans.
  • Collaborating with estimation, engineering and project teams to develop technically competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and closing high-value projects.
  • Driving strategic initiatives to increase market share and long-term profitability.

Products You'Ll Be Selling

Successful candidates should have experience selling one or more of the following:

• Fire Pump Systems

  • Sprinkler Systems

• Fire Hydrant Systems

  • Foam Systems

• Water Mist Systems

  • FM200 Systems

• Novec 1230 Systems

  • Inergen Systems

Ideal Candidate

  • We're looking for someone who possesses:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of UAE sales experience within Fire Protection, Mechanical Systems,
  • Minimum 3 years leading a successful sales team.
  • Strong understanding of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defence regulations.
  • Proven experience managing major accounts and delivering multi-million AED sales targets.
  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers and government clients.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and project sales.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning and leadership abilities.
  • UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
