Role overview

Security operations and oversight

• Direct fixed-site security across assigned assets, critical infrastructure, and public-realm locations.
• Translate approved requirements, risk assessments, and asset security plans into site-specific procedures, deployment plans, staffing, supervision, and auditable records.
• Lead employees and contracted personnel, setting clear reporting lines and performance expectations.
• Develop procedures for posts, access points, visitor and contractor processing, credential verification, screening, searches, prohibited items, and restricted areas.
• Maintain and review post orders, access-control procedures, local emergency actions, incident logs, and handover records.
• Monitor providers against staffing, licensing, rosters, supervision, uniform, equipment, welfare, and KPI requirements; document deficiencies and escalate material non-compliance.
• Assess proposed changes to posts, shifts, staffing, operating hours, and service scope, and ensure formal authorization before implementation.
• Inspect posts, access-control points, screening operations, and critical-infrastructure protections; track findings and verify corrective-action closure.
• Lead readiness for asset openings and transitions, confirming staffing, supervision, access, screening, facilities, communications, equipment, procedures, emergency plans, training, and mobilization acceptance.
• Direct responses and follow-up for access breaches, screening failures, losses, and asset-protection incidents; coordinate reporting, evidence preservation, investigation support, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate reinforcement, patrol support, alarm response, escorts, and incident response with Mobile Security & Patrols while retaining fixed-site accountability.
• Provide fixed-site security requirements, risks, dependencies, and readiness actions during stage-gate briefings.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognised qualification in security, risk, operations, business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in security operations, including substantial management responsibility.
• Proven leadership of static guarding, access control, fixed-post operations, and asset protection across multiple locations.
• Experience managing contracted guard forces, staffing compliance, KPIs, non-conformance, and service recovery.
• Experience supporting asset openings, public-facing operations, and elevated security requirements in a complex environment.
• Saudi Arabia, GCC, major destination, critical infrastructure, or giga-project experience is advantageous.

Desirable qualifications

• CPP, CSMP, PSP, or equivalent professional certification is desirable.
• Incident command, contract management, or health and safety qualifications are desirable.
