Senior Manager, Real Estate - Dubai

As senior manager you will play a pivotal role in driving investment opportunities across the UAE.

Your primary focus will be on identifying high-potential real estate projects and fostering strong relationships with developers, direct property owners, brokers and banks.

Your expertise will significantly influence the growth and success of our client's diverse real estate investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities will be to identify and source off-market and exciting real estate acquisition opportunities mainly in residential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, banks, developers, and direct property owners.

Spot high end residential and commercial investment opportunities.

Develop and manage a robust local acquisition pipeline to secure lucrative prospects.

Provide support for transaction execution and underwriting processes.

The ideal candidate will need to have lived in Dubai for a minimum of 8 years plus in order to have a well-established network within the UAE high end real estate market.

Proven experience in acquisitions and deal origination with an exceptional commercial and entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and deliver results.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
