Executive Assistant, Top Tier Property Group - Dubai

AP Executive are seeking a highly accomplished and discreet executive assistant to provide exceptional support within the top management office of a prestigious institution based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organised, and resourceful professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of gracefully managing a demanding workload with efficiency.

In this role, you will deliver seamless administrative support, managing complex schedules, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Your responsibilities will include Provide first-class strategic support, managing calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency ; managing the communication flow and ensuring timely responses; maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and situations; ensuring smooth functioning and a professional environment; cultivating and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level executives, possibly Hedge fund managers, with exceptional organisational and time management skills; have a strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines; have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to craft professional correspondence and presentations ; have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, allowing for professional interactions with diverse individuals; have demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, exemplifying a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality; have a composed and calm demeanor, with a track record of maintaining professionalism in all interactions and last but not least have a genuine passion for supporting the mission and success of a leading institution.

Salary is between 30-35 000 AED per month.
