About This Role

AP Executive are currently partnering with a well-established external asset manager with a strong Swiss heritage, seeking to expand its presence in Dubai. With headquarters in Switzerland and a growing international footprint, the firm combines institutional-grade infrastructure with the agility of an independent platform.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire experienced Private Bankers / Relationship Managers to join their dynamic and entrepreneurial team in Dubai.

This opportunity is ideally suited to individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are motivated by the ability to build and manage their own clients within a supportive, internationally recognised platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
• Drive new asset inflows, with a clear expectation to bring approximately USD 20-30 million in assets under management within the first 12 months
• Deliver tailored investment solutions leveraging the firm's Swiss-based expertise and global capabilities
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients across key regional markets
• Collaborate with an experienced and dynamic leadership team to contribute to the firm's regional growth strategy

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record as a Private Banker, Wealth Manager, or Relationship Manager
• Demonstrable ability to originate and onboard new client assets
• Existing network of HNW/UHNW clients, ideally with portability
• Strong understanding of global markets and wealth management solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to operate in a high-performance environment
