Private Banker

We are working with a Swiss asset management firm seeking experienced Private Bankers / Relationship Managers to join its growing international team.

The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering tailored multi-asset investment solutions across discretionary and advisory mandates.

You will be responsible for originating and growing your own client book, with an expectation of building approximately $20-30M in assets within the first year through a combination of existing relationships and new business development.

The firm operates on an open-architecture model, allowing flexibility in portfolio construction across traditional and alternative investments, supported by an in-house investment team and CIO function.

The position offers flexibility in location, with opportunities to be based in Geneva, Dubai, or Qatar, while all client assets are booked in Switzerland, providing a stable and well-established custody framework.

The role offers a good base salary and an attractive bonus structure, typically structured as a 50/50 split between the firm and the Relationship Manager, with a small cost allocation applied to the RM's share.

The role requires strong client-facing capabilities, a commercial mindset, and the ability to operate in a more entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment.

This opportunity is best suited to individuals who already manage client relationships and are looking for greater flexibility and upside compared to a traditional private banking structure.
