**Senior Manager – Marketing** is responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing agenda to strengthen the PureLab’s position as a trusted diagnostics partner across the UAE.
The role drives brand growth, digital presence (D2C) and B2B market penetration by designing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that promote laboratory services, support revenue generation, and enhance customer experience.
The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, deep healthcare market understanding, and digital marketing expertise.
It directly contributes to organizational growth by shaping market perception, driving client acquisition, and supporting enterprise-wide commercial initiatives.
Academic And Skills Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Desired
Master’s degree in relevant field
Required
- 9+ years of progressive marketing experience, at least 5 years in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or medical services.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, healthcare branding, D2C and B2B marketing.

- Experience in a large healthcare system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
