Overview
We are hiring a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager/Specialist to manage key client accounts, drive recruitment delivery, and build long-term business relationships across multiple industries including healthcare, engineering, corporate, shared services, and technical sectors.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and end-to-end hiring coordination within an agency, outsourcing, or manpower environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts by maintaining strong professional relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Understand client hiring requirements, workforce plans, and recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely sourcing, screening, and submission of quality candidates.
- Monitor recruitment SLAs, KPIs, timelines, and onboarding progress.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss hiring updates, challenges, and workforce planning.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Handle recruitment escalations, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding follow-up.
- Prepare recruitment reports, pipeline updates, and hiring analytics.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience managing client accounts within recruitment agencies or manpower companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and workforce solutions.
- Experience in UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and recruitment reporting tools.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
