Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified **Environmental Engineer** to oversee environmental compliance and sustainability practices across **Roads & Bridges infrastructure projects**.
The role involves ensuring all activities align with environmental regulations, minimizing environmental impact, and promoting sustainable construction practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement **Environmental Management Plans (EMP)** for project sites
- Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and international standards
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and monitoring activities
- Monitor air quality, noise levels, waste management, and pollution control measures
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure environmentally responsible construction practices
- Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory authorities
- Conduct site inspections and environmental audits
- Manage hazardous materials and ensure proper disposal procedures
- Support sustainability initiatives and environmental improvement programs
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities for environmental approvals
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
- **5–10 years of experience** in environmental management within **Roads & Bridges / Infrastructure projects**
- Strong knowledge of UAE environmental laws and regulations
- Experience in **EIA, EMP, and environmental monitoring**
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
