Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre

Senior Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

to lead international marketing initiatives across key global markets, including the

UK, USA, Australia

, and other future expansion territories.

Based in Dubai, this role will be responsible for developing and executing 360-degree marketing strategies that position a luxury real estate portfolio effectively with international audiences.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in premium brand marketing, international campaign execution, agency management, and market-specific localisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns across international markets.
  • You will:
  • Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, OOH, PR, events, and performance marketing.
  • Adapt the core luxury brand identity to suit the cultural, commercial, and audience dynamics of international markets, particularly the UK, USA, and Australia.
  • Work closely with international agencies, local market partners, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective campaign delivery.
  • Lead market-specific marketing planning, including media strategy, campaign calendars, event activations, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, campaign performance, and ROI to optimise marketing investment and improve conversion.
  • Support brand positioning, customer engagement, and premium audience acquisition across global markets.
  • Ensure all campaigns reflect the standards, tone, and positioning expected of a luxury real estate brand.

Candidate Profile

  • The successful candidate will bring:
  • Minimum
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • , ideally within
  • luxury real estate, ultra-luxury, premium lifestyle, hospitality, automotive, or high-end consumer brands
  • .
  • Proven experience managing international marketing campaigns, with strong exposure to the
  • USA and/or Australian markets
  • .
  • Existing relationships or working knowledge of local media, agencies, networks, and market-specific marketing channels.
  • Strong 360-degree marketing capability, covering brand building, PR, digital acquisition, performance marketing, content, events, and experiential marketing.
  • Ability to translate a premium brand proposition across different geographies and cultural contexts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across agencies, internal departments, and international teams.
  • Commercially focused mindset with the ability to use data, market insights, and campaign performance to drive lead generation and brand growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
