The Senior Manager, Digital Product & AI owns departmental digital products end to end and embeds AI where it delivers measurable value.
Reports to executive leadership and works with business teams and the group digital function; serves as business owner of the product roadmap, requirements, data model, and adoption.
What you will do
- Own the product portfolio, backlog, and roadmap from concept through go-live, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Lead product working groups and steering updates, and act as the demand channel to the group digital team.
- Map current and future processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the core data model and quality rules.
- Lead delivery, UAT sign-off, and release readiness.
- Define AI use cases, value cases, and decisions assigned to agents versus humans.
- Deliver document intelligence to read official letters and approvals, extract conditions into actions, classify submissions, and draft responses.
- Set accuracy thresholds and human-in-the-loop controls; review AI performance regularly.
- Require human approval before any external-facing output.
- Drive adoption, training, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
What you bring
- At least 6 years of experience, including 4 years as a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst on an enterprise workflow or case management platform through go-live and adoption.
- At least 2 years delivering production AI or intelligence features, such as LLM drafting, extraction, classification, or OCR, with accuracy measured against labelled data.
- Working understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt design, agent workflows, and their risks.
- Functional Salesforce experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, flows, and portals; coding is not required.
- BPMN, user stories, UAT leadership, and Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Data modelling experience and understanding of enterprise IT governance, security, and release processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
Nice to have
- Experience digitizing real estate or customer-facing processes in the GCC.
- Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, or another enterprise agent platform; GIS literacy; or CSPO/PSPO, CBAP/PMI-PBA, or Salesforce certifications.
Working approach
Translate between engineers, business teams, and executives.
Prototype quickly and release properly; identify where AI adds value and where a simpler solution is better.
