Reliability, DevOps, and observability

  • Design and support highly available, scalable, resilient systems and infrastructure platforms.
  • Establish monitoring, alerting, incident response, proactive issue detection, and remediation practices.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure as code, and automated operational workflows.
  • Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting platforms; define and track SLOs and performance metrics.
  • Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and post-incident remediation.

AI-enabled operations and collaboration

  • Apply AI/ML to anomaly detection, alert correlation, root-cause analysis, triage, and remediation workflows.
  • Contribute to AI-driven incident management, automation, and performance optimization platforms.
  • Work with application development, platform engineering, and security teams on reliable solutions and architecture reviews.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions with no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms; use approved AI tools to streamline work.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI models, GitHub Copilot, and LLM with Context Engine.
  • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform; progressive DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or cloud operations experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD, monitoring and observability; knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and enterprise security standards.
  • Scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript, Go, or Java.

Preferred qualifications

  • Enterprise tooling experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, GitHub, Terraform, or equivalent platforms.
  • SRE concepts including SLOs, error budgets, and reliability engineering; event-driven architectures, APIs, and microservices.
  • Familiarity with AIOps, AI/ML for IT operations, automation, predictive analytics, data platforms, telemetry pipelines, or modern observability frameworks.
