Job Description
Senior IT support role providing hardware, software, network, desktop, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop and application problems.
- Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS end-user devices.
- Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Jamf, Nexthink, enterprise applications, security software, and Active Directory.
- Support meeting-room devices and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of hands-on IT support, desktop support, end-user computing, or similar experience.
- macOS and iOS experience is mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred because site visits and event support may be required.
