Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **QHSE Officer** with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly within ADNOC Onshore projects and the downstream segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC safety standards
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure safe working practices
- Prepare and maintain QHSE reports and documentation
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with site teams and management regarding QHSE matters
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant QHSE experience in Oil & Gas
- ADNOC Onshore project experience is mandatory
- Experience in downstream/service-side operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and compliance procedures
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
