The Senior Analyst – Investment & Growth will support the Group’s strategic expansion across
staff accommodation, real estate development, property management, and income-generating assets
by delivering robust financial analysis, market intelligence, investment evaluation, and growth planning.
This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and validating
new investment opportunities, partnerships, and portfolio optimization initiatives
, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance
revenue growth, asset performance, and long-term value creation
.
