Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Coordinate with department heads to gather and validate budget inputs.
  • Monitor budget utilization and track actual performance against planned figures.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide detailed explanations for deviations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing with budget-related reporting.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist in cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial performance.
  • Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP) is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial models, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with consolidation tools (e.g., FCCS) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
