Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage core financial reporting, month-end close activities, and audit coordination.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (including FCCS module) and strong analytical capabilities supported by advanced Excel skills.

Experience

within real estate, property management, or facility management industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
  • Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, leading audit preparations and documentation.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion ERP, including FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close System), for reporting and consolidation activities.
  • Support financial planning and business decision-making through data analysis and reporting insights.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros, etc.).
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and closing cycles.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is preferred.
  • 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
  • Strong experience in month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of FCCS module is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or facility management sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
