About the Role

  • The Senior International Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through B2G sales strategies and expanding Alef Education's customer and partner base.
  • The role manages the end to end B2G sales cycle and works alongside the Director of International Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2G sales strategies that support Alef's commercial objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain a healthy B2G sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full B2G sales lifecycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and handover.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and tender responses.
  • Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring alignment with company objectives and governance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
  • Track and report on B2G sales performance against agreed KPIs and targets.

To Be the Right Fit, You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in business diplomacy, B2G sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience within Education, EdTech, SaaS, Technology, or Digital Solutions environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Native Arabic or French communication skills (reading, writing, verbal).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (reading, writing, verbal, presentation).
