The Co-Branded Cards Product Management Specialist will be responsible for driving the end-to-end management of co-branded and core card products within a leading retail banking environment.
The role focuses on product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization of card offerings while ensuring strong partner alignment, regulatory compliance, and business performance optimization.
s1. Product Strategy & Managemen
- tLead end-to-end management of card products including debit, credit, and prepaid portfolio
- sDefine and develop Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) aligned with market needs and business strateg
- yDrive product lifecycle management including launches, enhancements, and rationalizatio
- nDevelop pricing strategies and ensure alignment with profitability objective
s2. Co-Brand & Partner Managemen
- tManage relationships with co-brand and sponsorship partner
- sEnsure fulfillment of contractual obligations including branding, milestones, and deliverable
- sCoordinate with legal, marketing, and product teams for partner alignment and executio
- nMaximize value from sponsorships through strategic activation and engagement initiative
s3. Product Launch & Commercializatio
- nLead execution of new card product launches from concept to rollou
- tSupport sales enablement through training, tools, and product knowledge transfe
- rDevelop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales team
- sEnsure successful commercialization and adoption of new product
s4. Campaign & Performance Managemen
- tDesign and execute campaigns to drive activation, spend, and engagemen
- tMonitor key performance indicators including acquisition, usage, and revenue growt
- hAnalyze performance data and optimize campaigns for improved outcome
- sCollaborate with analytics teams to generate actionable insight

- tAct as a central point of coordination across product, marketing, compliance, operations, and external partner

Key Requiremen
- ts10–15 years of experience in cards product management or retail banki
- ngStrong experience in co-branded card programs and partnershi
- psProven track record in product launches and CVP developme
- ntDeep understanding of card portfolio profitability and key performance metri
- csStrong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (including SAMA guideline
