Lead interior design from concept and material selection through procurement coordination and site delivery.
Projects include luxury villas, Grade A offices, and value-focused work; the role requires practical understanding of materials, detailing, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior concepts, layouts, and detailed designs.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture in line with design intent and project budgets.
- Support procurement through supplier sourcing, sample approvals, quotation reviews, and assessment of alternatives.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and technical details.
- Oversee site execution and ensure workmanship and finishes meet approved designs and quality standards.
- Follow through on deliveries, installation, snagging, and completion.
Requirements
- Extensive interior design experience, including projects in the UAE.
- Portfolio covering luxury villas, Grade A offices, and value-focused design.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, detailing, and installation methods.
- Proven experience taking projects from design through procurement and site execution.
- Strong organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 16,000–20,000 per month.
