About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep work progressing.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors, request quotations, and prepare comparisons.
• Assist with material and finish selection, sample arrangements, and approval tracking.
• Support negotiations and confirm specifications, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, subcontractor commitments, and pending work.
• Maintain procurement, material approval, deadline, and outstanding-action trackers.
• Attend site visits and meetings, record action points, and follow up on completion.
• Organize quotations, purchase orders, delivery records, and project correspondence.
• Coordinate with finance on supporting documents and payment follow-ups.
• Flag delays, shortages, and other issues requiring management attention.

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience in construction, interiors, fit-out, or real estate development.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Understanding of construction materials, finishes, and site requirements.
• Strong organization, communication, and consistent follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently source new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Excel and maintaining project records.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in interior design, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Procurement experience, including sourcing, quotation comparisons, and negotiation, is preferred.
• An established network of UAE suppliers and subcontractors is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 4,000–AED 7,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person and includes site visits.
