Hands-on project manager leading industrial warehouse projects in Sharjah.
Responsible for day-to-day delivery, consultant and contractor coordination, site progress, schedule, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse projects from design coordination and approvals through construction and handover.
- Review drawings and specifications and resolve technical and site issues with consultants and contractors.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement requirements, and progress reports.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, workmanship, site safety, and quality.
- Review quotations, variations, and payment claims, and flag cost or programme risks early.
- Coordinate authority approvals and inspections.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular management updates.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven UAE experience managing industrial warehouse or similar construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, structural works, and MEP coordination.
- Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, timelines, and budgets.
- Familiarity with Sharjah approvals and authority processes.
- Willingness to work on site and own day-to-day delivery.
Workplace
- Full-time, on-site role in Sharjah, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 9,000–13,000 per month.
