We are looking for a commercially aware and people-focused Senior People & Culture Specialist to join our People & Culture Operations team. Acting as a key partner to the business, this role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organisational growth through data-led insights and strong people practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic People Partnering & Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on P&C policies, procedures, and UAE labour law
  • Manage employee relations matters, resolving issues and supporting effective communication across teams
  • Coach leaders on people-related challenges, enabling proactive and confident decision-making
  • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning in collaboration with key stakeholders

Performance, Talent & Organisational Effectiveness

  • Partner with Talent teams to support performance management cycles, including goal setting and development planning
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, analysing feedback and implementing action plans
  • Contribute to building a cohesive P&C operating model across Talent, L&D, and Employee Experience

People Data, Insights & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and analyse HR reports and dashboards to identify trends and support strategic decisions
  • Track workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, and hiring activity
  • Maintain accurate organisational structures and provide visibility to leadership during planning cycles

HR Systems, Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Manage HR systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and process efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure timely completion of key P&C processes such as performance reviews and salary cycles
  • Drive continuous improvement of P&C operations and internal processes

Employee Lifecycle & Experience

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring a seamless employee journey
  • Develop onboarding frameworks and materials to support hiring managers and new joiners
  • Enhance the overall employee experience through consistent and high-quality processes

Communication, Engagement & Culture

  • Support internal communications including town halls, newsletters, and organisational updates
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, and culture-driven activities
  • Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE labour law
  • Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence at different levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
