Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Human Resources Manager role based in Dubai, responsible for leading HR strategy aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational design, and HR budgeting with data-driven decision-making. The role oversees compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness through benchmarking and the design of scalable total rewards programs. It also drives talent management, succession planning, employer branding, and employee engagement to build a high-performance and inclusive culture. In addition, the position ensures strong HR governance by developing compliant policies, managing risk, conducting audits, and maintaining adherence to labor laws and data protection standards, while also overseeing performance management frameworks that promote accountability, continuous feedback, and employee development.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on leadership and team collaboration
- Proficiency in performance management, training development, and succession planning
- Strategic thinking capabilities to align HR practices with organizational goals
- Ability to manage diverse teams and foster an inclusive workplace environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
- Experience working in multinational or medical/aesthetic industries is an advantage
