Compensation
- Compensation is AED 40,000–46,000 monthly, plus family benefits.
Location
- The position is listed in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an HR operating model suitable for multiple locations.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee HRIS implementation and optimization; review and further develop group compensation and benefits.
- Provide senior oversight of employee relations and ensure fair, consistent policies.
- Set standards for the People team and strengthen business partnering, operational discipline, and accountability.
Qualifications and prerequisites
- 12–15 years of HR experience and strong leadership skills across diverse global locations.
- Proven experience across HR operations, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
- Strong track record in performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Experience working across cultures and locations such as the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
- A degree is preferred; a recognized HR qualification such as CIPD or SHRM is also preferred.
