An international appliances manufacturer seeks an experienced Sales Support Administrator in Dubai.
The role connects sales and supply chain, providing proactive customer service and sales support across international markets.
Main responsibilities
- Manage customer orders with global teams, monitor fulfilment, and resolve related issues.
- Maintain Salesforce opportunities, pipeline records, reports, and dashboards for forecasting and decision support.
- Prepare quotations and provide technical product information and documentation to customers.
- Provide Salesforce guidance and user support; recommend best practices to colleagues.
- Identify process improvements and support consistent, efficient operations.
- Review sales orders for accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Support tenders, long-term agreements, and customer contract documents.
- Translate English documents into French and provide language support in customer meetings when needed.
- Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions across the Middle East and Africa.
Qualifications
- Proven multinational-company experience providing dedicated B2B post-sales support.
- At least 2–3 years of UAE sales or order management experience; experience serving multiple markets is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external business relationships.
- Salesforce or SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- Proactive, collaborative, outcomes-focused approach, with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Compensation
- AED 14,000–15,000 per month, plus an annual ticket and bonus.

- The role is located in Dubai, UAE.
