Marketing Director role with an international FMCG organization, based at its regional headquarters in Dubai.

Compensation
- Compensation is AED 38,000 to 42,000 per month, plus benefits.
Location
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Main responsibilities
- Lead integrated consumer campaigns across retail, trade, and digital channels to grow awareness and revenue.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, product, and retail teams to support commercial objectives and market-share growth.
- Build strategic partnerships, collaborations, and promotional initiatives to expand brand reach.
- Analyze and present campaign engagement, ROI, and contribution to business goals.
- Manage marketing P&L and budgets across media, trade, and digital channels.
- Lead promotions, product development initiatives, and launches adapted to local conditions and consumer behavior.
- Create retail and merchandising strategies based on consumer insights and regional market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- At least 8–9 years in regional marketing leadership within FMCG, food and beverage, or manufacturing.
- Full fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Demonstrated multi-market marketing strategy delivery in the Middle East and full ownership of marketing spend.
- Experience in an international organization balancing global brand direction with local needs.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
