Senior Human Resources Generalist
About This Role
The Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring effective HR operations, compliance with local labour laws, and delivery of a high-quality employee experience. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide both operational and strategic HR support across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, probation, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience across all touchpoints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
HR Advisory & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and HR policies
- Support managers with disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Provide guidance aligned with company policies and local labour law
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs
- Support sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes where required
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Policies, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain HR documentation in line with audit and governance requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee queries
- Assist with salary benchmarking and compensation reviews
- Ensure accurate and timely HR data reporting
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain HR systems and trackers (leave, attendance, headcount, etc.)
- Prepare regular HR reports and insights for management
- Identify process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in driving a positive workplace culture
- Participate in HR projects and organisational initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
