We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Senior HR Generalist** to support and manage a broad range of human resources functions for our hospital.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, labor law compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and job offer processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and management.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage probation reviews, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration.
- Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate employee data and attendance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is preferred.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing recruitment for healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
