Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE , preferably with a Dubai-based real estate developer/property development company .
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices .
- Hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS .
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in employee relations and grievance handling .
- Good knowledge of UAE visa, work permit, and employee documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English + Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word .
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
