- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, with a minimum of [2-5] years in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of construction-specific business processes, including project management, estimation, accounting, and supply chain logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of construction-centric ERP systems, such as [Specific systems like Xpedeon ].
- Finance knowledge is preferrer
- Proficiency in SQL or other database management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Preferred qualifications
- Relevant ERP or project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
- Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
