Falkenherz Group is hiring a Senior HR & Administration Executive for its Dubai office.
The position is based in Dubai Internet City and requires 100% onsite work.
Working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace matters.
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and support managers with performance-related matters.
- Manage visa and work permit applications, renewals, extensions, and cancellations, and maintain visa trackers.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, supplies, and business licenses.
- Support workplace health and safety requirements and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with IT on office equipment, assets, and technology requirements.
- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports and administrative trackers.
Candidate requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa/work permit processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and administration.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and HR systems.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
- Benefits include medical insurance and leaves.
Work arrangement
- The position is 100% onsite in Dubai Internet City.
