Store Supervisor role with VOLTRO By Falkenherz in Business Bay, Dubai.

The role is for candidates currently residing in Dubai and available for fully onsite work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and train staff, plan shifts, and place supplier orders.
- Monitor stock and sales, handle escalated customer concerns, and help with checkout and online orders.
- Assist with store closing.
Experience and language requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE supermarket experience, including at least 2 years as a supervisor or Store Manager.
- English and Hindi or Urdu are required; Arabic is a plus.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
- Company-provided visa, medical insurance, and uniform.
Schedule and start
- Flexible shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
- Start date listed as 12 October 2026.
