Agentic Product Engineer

What you’ll do

• Build and ship full-stack features, from data models and APIs to user interfaces.
• Work on a scalable multi-tenant platform with large volumes of real-time and time-series data.
• Use AI agents throughout the development lifecycle: specify, plan, build, test, review, and prepare releases.
• Review and verify code for quality, security, performance, and reliability.
• Debug production issues and take ownership of shipped work.
• Coordinate parallel agent work and combine it into a clean, tested change.
• Work directly with product leadership and clients to turn feedback into improvements.

What the employer is looking for

• 2–8 years of professional full-stack experience, with production work across frontend and backend.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with React or Vue.
• Node.js and Express experience, including REST APIs, authentication, and background jobs.
• SQL and database fundamentals, including data modelling, indexes, and query performance.
• Testing, Git, code review, and ability to debug without relying on AI.
• Daily experience with coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, with sound judgment about their limitations.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• LLM features, agent or MCP development, Redis, queues, cloud platforms, IoT, computer vision, maps, or GIS experience is a plus.
• Industry experience is not required; the employer says it will teach the domain.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 5,000–15,000 per month.

Workplace and eligibility

• The role is 100% onsite in Dubai Internet City; work location is in person.
• Applicants must currently reside in Dubai and have a visa; visit visa holders may apply.
• Applications from outside Dubai will not be considered.
